FSWeld ApS Co., Ltd. is a manufacturing enterprise primarily engaged in welding (friction welding, argon arc welding, CO2 welding, electric welding) and the installation of mechanical equipment. We undertake the welding and installation of various pressure vessel pipelines as well as the CNC machining of various non-standard components. Our company possesses four-column hydraulic presses and both imported and domestic pipe bending equipment, capable of bending pipe fittings at 90° and 180° angles. We also have imported Kemppi argon arc welding machines, Fronius gas shielded welding machines, Huaheng fully automatic pipe-to-pipe welding machines, friction welding machines, and other related equipment. Our welders hold EN287 certificates issued by TUV SUD, enabling them to weld various aluminum alloy and stainless steel pressure vessels, pipe fittings, and pipelines for export. Additionally, we can produce welding processing parts or products according to customer needs. We have multiple imported CNC numerical control equipment, which allows for three-axis, four-axis, and other cutting processing methods. Furthermore, we are equipped with professional inspection equipment and personnel, enabling us to process and inspect materials and parts of various shapes. Moreover, our supporting surface treatment suppliers are highly mature and comprehensive, including sandblasting oxidation, heat treatment, electroplating, etc., providing one-stop customized processing services that can fully meet your series of processing requirements.
